The Executive
By the Constitution of the Queensborough Gardens Citizens Association, each Executive team is comprised of at least eight (8) individuals voted into their seat by the wider Association (residents).
Each Executive team serves a term of two (2) years before being eligible to be voted back into the seat to serve a consecutive and ultimate term in office.
Where the President is voted back into office to serve a consecutive term, he reserves the right to retain team members, while allowing for other seats to become open for renewal.

President
Mr. George Grant currently serves as the President of the Association’s Executive.
Vice President
Mr. D’Oyen Williams currently serves as the Vice President of the Association’s Executive.
D’Oyen is a Change Consultant with a wide range of experience.
Guided by his twin ideals of “challenges can be overcome” and “change demands measurement” he has most recently helmed interventions in animation, technology-driven education and culture, and organizational change around trauma care on behalf of the World Bank, Google and the Government of Jamaica respectively.
His foundation skills span applied social research, visual design, data analysis (quantitative and qualitative) and UX engineering. He leverages these skills to bolster his expertise in project management, business strategy / competitiveness, industry mobilization and incremental behaviour change.

Ms. Maureen Freebourne currently serves as the President of the Association’s Executive..
Treasurer
Mr. Andrew Pottinger currently serves as the President of the Association’s Executive.
Assistant Treasurer
Ms. Carlene Coulbourne currently serves as the Assistant Treasurer of the Association’s Executive.
Public Relations & Projects
Ms. Raquel K. Chin currently serves as the PR and Projects Officer of the Association’s Executive.
Miss Chin hails from the parish of Clarendon, and though she comes from humble beginnings, there is nothing humble about her achievements or her life.
She is the proud holder of a bachelor’s degree in sales and marketing and a second in Promotion and Productions. She is also certified in project management and human resources.
However ,she did not stop there. She believes it is necessary to be a well rounded individual and consequently she is involved in lots of community activities and programs with her focus has being on the less fortunate and vocabulary and this leads her to “My Father’s House ” and “Maxfield Park Children’s Home”. In her spare time she works on her personal passion “House Of Khy” where she trains young people in the art of Pageantry and Runway modeling.
Miss Chin correctly works for a pharmaceutical company and holds the position of Product Manager. Miss Chin brightens any room she enters with her vibrant exuberance and enthusiasm.

Mrs. Vivette Grant currently serves as the First Assistant to the PR and Projects Officer of the Association’s Executive.
Assistant (2) PR & Projects
Mr. Delroy Rose currently serves as the Second Assistant to the PR and Projects Officer of the Association’s Executive.
